How do I make a booking for my transfer in Rhodes?

Please send us your inquiry through our contact form on our HOME page or CONTACT US page.
You will receive our price quote within 24 hours.
Once we have your final confirmation for our price and conditions we will send you an e-mail with your booking details, so you will have a justification of your reservation

There will be NO deposit needed for your booking! No extra supplement!

You can pay for your transfer directly to the driver at the end of the drive by cash in Euro.

What information do I need to send in order to book?

For your airport/ hotel transfer we will need the following information:

  1. Booking Name
  2. No of Passengers
  3. Flight Details
  4. Arrival/ Pick up Times
  5. Destination Address Details
  6. Number of bags

Are your prices per person or per vehicle?

We use Mercedes Sedan Taxi cars, which holds up to 4 passengers. Our prices for private transfers are quoted per vehicle and not per person.

How do I pay for my transfer?

There is no deposit needed for our service. You can pay directly to your driver by cash in Euro at the end of the trip.

What if my luggage do not fit in the car?

Please pay attention at the size of your luggage. Our cars have a specious trunks but in case your baggage don't fit we will have to use an extra car on your expense.

We don't take any responsibility in case your luggage don't fit in a trunk of a Sedan car.

How do I meet my Taxi driver?

At the Airport

Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals lounge of the Airport, holding a poster with your Booking name.

At the Port

You will be met at the pier, at the correct dock, with a sign on the car showing your Booking name. We are licensed to get into the dockside and your vehicle will be just outside your ship.

At the Hotel

Our driver will come and ask for you at the reception desk of your hotel.

Should I tip the driver?

Extending a gratuity to your driver is strictly optional.

In case my plane has a delay should I pay more? Would I find my taxi upon arriving?

Even if your flight is delayed, you will incur NO charges. We constantly monitor the timetable of the airport arrivals and we are being aware of any changes. Your taxi will certainly wait for you!

Can you confirm that we will be the only persons in the car?

This is for certain - the car will be reserved for you and only you! Nobody else with you!

What pick-up time should I specify?

For a transfer from the airport please provide your arrival airplane time according to your ticket.
For your return/ hotel transfer, subtract from the departure time (specified in your ticket) 2 hours and duration of the trip to the airport ( please check our list with transfers' time durations ).
For example: the flight departure time is 12:00, duration of the trip to the airport is 1 hour, proposed pick up time is 9:00.
